We celebrated Josie's 5-month birthday by dedicating her to the Lord this Sunday at church. It was so special to have her cousin Clay dedicated with her as well. Will spoke blessings upon both of them and Pastor Bill challenged and encouraged the church, family and friends to come alongside us as parents to raise these children in the ways of the Lord. Our prayer for Josie is that she will know Christ intimately at a young age and grow in the knowledge of Him all through her days.
She continues to bless us as she delights in her days. She is very sweet (most of the time) and loves her Mom and Dad. In fact, during her dedication, each time Will would say her name, she would beam at him. She is even more fond of her hands and toys this month, adding the exersaucer and Johnny Jump-up to her lineup of "stations." Some of her favorite things are her pink silky blanket, taking baths with Jack, rolling side to side, and being tickled. Some of her dislikes are antibiotics and strangers with loud voices!
We think our Jo-Jo fits perfectly into this family. Here are a few pics from her 5th month.

Josie girl - you're growing up so fast and you're just so pretty! You and Clay are going to be best buds when you're older. The Starr family band loves you, and we thank God for you. You are already such a blessing. Can't wait to see you soon sweet girl.
Little Josie, I love watching you grow! You have a wonderful and godly family who will raise you to know Jesus. We look forward to the day when you know him personally. Your little, buddy, Cooper, wants to see you again soon and he promises to be awake so he can meet you!
