As a family we are memorizing and meditating on Psalm 121 while our brother and friend, 1st Lt. Clif Kennedy is serving in Iraq the next 7 months. We trust in the Lord as He watches over Clif, Kat and little Clay. If you are wanting to give back to these men and women that sacrifice so much for you, please pray for them....that the Lord would "not let their feet slip, keep them from harm, and watch over their lives." (Psalm 121)
Thank you for your support and prayers.

I used to study and watch the news and salute the soliers marching by...and climb on the tanks during Family Day on the base...and it all revolved around my Dad. Dad went on training missions. Dad had a change of command. Dad went to Saudi. Dad moved us to Texas. Dad wears green and khaki.
But now...my dad is retired after 20 years of service and I watch the news and I study the war and religions and territory...and it all revolves around Danny- and Grady- and Ernie- and Clif- and the rest of "our" boys...because it's our generation's time and turn.
But the prayers have never changed.
